The Maverick Buff X Series Snowdonia

Llanberis, Caernarfon, Wales

Parc Gwledig Padarn, The Quarry Hospital, Llanberis, LL55 4TY, Caernarfon LL55 4TY, UK

Sat 3rd June 2017

Organiser's Description

Our new Maverick X Series events are designed to test your resolve and take you to the upper limits of your abilities. For this event, we venture to the Snowdonia National Park, which covers 838 square miles and has so much to offer the trail runner that if you are visiting for the first time, you will wonder why it took you so long. The marathon route will summit Mt Snowdon and see you head down and cross over the mighty Glyder Faw, your second Peak at 1000m. We are pretty confident that this is the toughest marathon that Snowdonia has seen. The landscape is breathtaking and unique. There are nine mountain ranges here, numerous river gorges, waterfalls and valleys, and the forests are filled with ash, oak, rowan and hazel trees.
