Poppy Run is a series of eight 5k events, to be held on 6 November at park locations across the country in support of the Royal British Legion. Run, jog or walk, these events are family-friendly and open to all, and aim to provide a way for people to come together to remember those who have fallen, and to support the future of the living. Each event will begin at 11am and start with a two minute silence.
