Organiser's Description

the inaugural Two Counties Jingle Bell Run at Merchant Taylors School. Merchant Taylors School is a stunning venue spanning both the Hertfordshire and Middlesex county borders and is surrounded by magnificent, picturesque grounds including the lakes, wildlife and greenery.

The event will host a Christmas themed 10km, 5km and 1 mile race, starting and finishing at the Athletics track, before heading out to the beautiful course around the lakes and grounds. Why not enter into the festive spirit as you run and wear appropriately themed clothing?

What's Included

Medal and mince pies for all finishers.

Prizes - Overall 1st, 2nd, 3rd man and woman trophies for 5km and 10km.

Course Details

Flat 5km lap including Tarmac, grass and an athletics track surface

Registration & Race Numbers

Race numbers will not be posted. Race numbers will be collected at the event venue on the morning of the race. Registration will open at 08:00 and will close 15 minutes before the start of each race. Please arrive in sufficient time to collect your race number.

Parking

Ample Free parking is available at Merchant Taylors school. The Moor Park underground station is also within close walking distance. Please use public transport where at all possible.

Other Information

Time Limit
The 5km and 10km will have a time limit of 2 hours. After which there may not be marshals and time keepers available.

Changing, Toilets & Baggage Storage
There are changing rooms available at the School however we advise that you come changed and ready to run if possible. There will be supervised storage for bags and belongings but please leave valuables at home as ATW will not be responsible for lost property. Toilets will be provided.

Refunds
Active Training World do not offer transfers or deferrals for this event or any events listed on the website. Instead every person who books an event has the option to purchase "Refund Protection" which allows them to get a full refund of entry fees in the event of an injury, illness or other reasons specified on the policy.
