A monthly race over 3 miles for road runners, but with a difference: it's a handicap race – the slowest runners start first. The first time you enter you'll be consulted about your expected time, then, more often than not, everyone comes belting up the finishing straight in close order. First Wednesday of every month - since June 1988, with no plans to stop!
