6 races for you and your four legged friend
With canicross growing in popularity more and more events are now offering spots for people who want to get out there with their pups. Here are some of our favourite challenges to take on together.
1 / The Maverick Original Dorset
2 / Muddy Dog Challenge
The Muddy Dog Challenge is a 2.5K and 5K obstacle course that you can take on with your dog by your side. Whether you’re keen to run, or would rather walk, you can tackle the course with friends and family, with or without a dog. Just prepare yourself for a day of mud, sweat, and cheers!
By taking part and fundraising for Battersea, helping provide love and care for the thousands of dogs and cats in their care.
3 / Endurancelife Exmoor
Exmoor National Park is one of England's best kept secrets. The Exmoor course encompasses stiff climbs and long descents, open moorland, thickly wooded combes (valleys), historical ruins, dizzying cliffs, exquisitely beautiful rivers and a stretch of coastline that is unsurpassed. We are confident that there is no course in Britain that offers such a variety of terrain within such a compact area. This truly is trail running territory at its best. The Exmoor course is widely regarded as the toughest course in the Series and is definitely a gruelling test of endurance for even the very hardiest trail and fell runners.
4 / Chilterns 30km
5 / Brecon Beacons Trail Running Challenge
The Brecon Beacons Trail Running Challenge is now entering its 9th year in Talyboont-on Usk and is one of the most popular events on the trail running calendar in Wales. Perfect for pups on the 10k and HM distance.
The marathon and ultra distances have also got a few new peaks to climb. This year after you summit Pen y Fan, instead of skirting around Cribyn and Fan y Big, you now have the joy of heading over the top of these two peaks!
We offer four distances at this event. The Ultra Marathon, Marathon, Half Marathon and 10k.
6 / Bath Skyline Races - Day
