1 Glan Yr Afon, Conwy LL32 8BG, UK

Sun 18th September 2016

Organiser's Description

The event begins with an optional open estuary Kayak stage starting under the walls of Conwy Castle and finishing 13 km upstream. There will be a fairly strong tide helping you all the way to the finish. Then a 12 km fell run takes you into the lesser known parts of the Carneddau mountain range in the Snowdonia National Park. Starting and finishing virtually at sea-level but reaching an altitude of almost 500m, with a real mountain feel and views to match. Finally a 19 km mtb route through the Gwydyr Forest, including many single track sections of the Marin Trail. Starting and finishing at the event centre.
