Join us for a sprint, standard or middle distance triathlon on Saturday 12th July 2025. Or if you don’t fancy the full thing, there’s also Aquabikes to select from as well!
Take on a Triathlon or Aquabike including a swim in the Thames, a bike around the scenic Henley on Thames and surrounding country lanes, and finish off with a trail run through the woods.
This Triathlon is an exceptional choice for those wanting to take on an open water swim before taking in the stunning views alongside a hilly yet scenic bike course, and an out and back run route through Great wood!
Triathlon (Middle) – SWIM 1900m / BIKE 96Km / RUN 20Km
Triathlon (Standard) – SWIM 1500m / BIKE 48Km / RUN 10Km
Triathlon (Sprint) – SWIM 750m / BIKE 24Km / RUN 5Km
If the full triathlons not for you, then not to worry, you can join us for an Aquabike version.
Aquabike (Middle) – SWIM 1900m / BIKE 96Km
Aquabike (Standard) – SWIM 1500m / BIKE 48Km
Aquabike (Sprint) – SWIM 750m / BIKE 24Km
