By road: Ware is off the junction of the A10, which runs from London Bridge to Kings Lynn in Norfolk, with the A602, which links Hitchin in Hertfordshire with the A10 via Stevenage. Use postcode SG12 0DJ for your Satnav.

By rail: Ware railway station is on the Hertford East branch line, off the West Anglia Main Line. Trains through the station are operated by Greater Anglia and run to London Liverpool Street, Hertford East, and Stratford.

Arrive in good time to collect your race number and timing chip from registration on the first day of the event.

Race Numbers: Please wear your number pinned to the front of your vest.

Minimum age: 18yrs (marathons), 17yrs (10 mile), 11yrs unless accompanied by an adult (5k)

Changing and Toilets: We advise you to come changed and ready to run, since changing is limited. Toilets will be provided.

Time Limit: 8 hours per marathon
