How To Get There
Train to Guildford and then it's a 10 minute cycle to the venue.
Parking
Free parking on tarmac at Surrey Sports Park. Park in the lower Nursery Car Park and come up to registration by the main building. Aquathletes - bring all your kit. Triathletes - leave your bikes and kit as your transition zone is on the astroturf pitch adjacent to the Nursery Car Park.
Registration
Register online and receive your confirmation email. Then on race day, pick up your race number and timing chip at the registration desk, open from 6am. Nothing is sent out to you by post before race day. Read the Race Briefing sign.
Course Details
Adult Sprint Triathlon: 500 meters swim course in the 50 meter Sports Park pool, then a 22km road bike, followed by a 5km off-road run. Open to those 15 and older.
Distance Options / Age Groups
Adults (15+ yrs) - 500m swim, 22 km bike, 5 km run
Dolphin 1 - 8/9 yrs: 50m swim, 600m run
Dolphin 2 - 10/11yrs: 200m swim, 2 km run
Dolphin 3 - 12/15yrs: 300m swim, 3 km run
