High Fells of Thrunton Half Marathon

Thrunton Woods, Northumberland

Thrunton Woods

Sun 12th May 2019

Organiser's Description

Moved to May due to the great feedback at the last outing. Numbers strictly limited and you’ll get to run along trails not normally open to the public. Thrunton Woods only allows a very small number of events to be hosted there so don’t miss your chance to strap your shoes on here. Roots, rocks, mud and a good helping of prime Northumbrian bog awaits to test your physical and mental resolve.

We’ll have a safety team on hand and our enthusiastic marshals will cheer you along and then laugh when you fall flat on your face in the mud! Come and experience the challenge on offer and do it with like minded individuals with beaming smiles on their faces.
