Lulworth Cove Trail Running Challenge

Lulworth Cove, Wareham, Dorset

Main Road Lulworth Cove Wareham BH20 5RQ

Sat 14th July 2018

Organiser's Description

A rearranged date from 3 March for this wonderful new trail run from Lulworth Cove in Dorset, along one of the most beautiful and recognisable stretches of coastline in the Country. Starting at the Lulworth Cove car park, right on the on the South West Coast Path - a beautiful place to begin - runners head off up the hill to one of the most photographed areas in the Country, the World famous Durdle Door.

All four distances will take the stretch of coastline which goes to Weymouth. The 10k turns off half way along and climbs away from the coast to find the higher coastal path, before heading back to Lulworth and the finish. The rest of the field carry on to Osminton Mills, leaving the coast path for a while before joining the upper coast path and heading back to Lulworth Cove, enjoying the views from a different direction and a slightly higher view point.
