Mold Sprint Triathlon

Mold, Flintshire

MOLD SPORTS CENTRE, Mold CH7 1HT, UK

Sun 25th April 2021

Organiser's Description

Now in its sixth year, the Mold Sprint Triathlon is a firm part of the early season calendar, and is a great test of that hard earned Winter fitness, ideal for both the novice and seasoned triathlete alike with its super friendly atmosphere and stunning location.

After a pool based swim, the bike course takes in the infamous climb of the Rainbow and heads off into the hills up to Graianrhyd; then it's the 3.5 mile descent of Coed Talon before the return to Mold. For 2021 competitors then head out on a new 5k out and back run route to Nercwys, finishing alongside all the action outside transition. As ever the event is fully chipped timed with full transition breakdown and fully racked.

Distances

Swim 400m, Bike 26 km, Run 5 km
