Salcey Forest Challenge

Northampton

Salcey Forest, Hartwell, Northampton NN7 2HX, UK

Tue 30th April 2019

Organiser's Description

How far is the race? You decide! The 3.2mile loop at Salcey Forest, Northampton. means your race can be 5k or over 55k! You decide how many laps you are going to do on the day within the 6-hour time limit. This is a relatively flat course with minimal elevation changes. There are some truly off road elements that are virtually impassable in the Winter, and also some much more runnable cycle track. There are no road crossings, however there are bridleways and cycle paths to be aware of. The forest itself is a wonderful backdrop for a few hours of running.
