Organiser's Description
This event starts with a swim in the beautiful (and slightly chilly) Lake Padarn, which will be the easiest part of your day. The bike course takes you through stunning scenery and over some brutal hills; finally, the run follows an undulating trail around the Lake and up and down Wales' highest mountain, Snowdon. The challenging terrain and breathtaking scenery create an awesome experience that will stay with you long after the aches and blisters have gone! The event has been voted 'The World's Toughest Triathlon' and is super tough, but it is renowned for its low-key and friendly vibe. Every athlete, whether it's your first triathlon or your 21st, will feel the massive support, from not only the event crew, but other competitors too. Distances available are Half, Full, Double and Triple.
