Starting from the vibrant market town of Princes Risborough, just an hour from London, with direct rail links from London Marylebone. The route will take you deep into one of England’s most picturesque and historic landscapes.
The route winds across ancient beech woodlands, sweeping ridgelines, and hidden valleys, revealing far-reaching views across the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire countryside. Don’t be fooled by the rolling beauty—the Chilterns are packed with punchy climbs, chalky trails, and technical woodland singletrack that will test your strength and stamina.
Carefully crafted to showcase the best of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the 50km course links sections of the legendary Ridgeway and Chiltern Way, weaving through quaint villages, quiet bridleways, and wildlife-rich chalk downs. Expect a trail that’s fast in places, technical in others, and always rewarding.
