The Wales Triathlon

Fishguard, Pembrokeshire

Fishguard Ferry Terminal, Goodwick, UK

Sat 12th June 2021

Organiser's Description

The Wales Triathlon has become a favourite amongst athletes of all abilities.

The middle distance course is fairly fast, with a very sheltered out and back swim in Fishguard bay. The bike leg takes you on a visit to Britain’s smallest city, St Davids and on through the Pembrokeshire countryside. After taking on the rolling hills and distinctive landscape you’ll head back for the final leg. Leading you up the town’s breakwater, the run has two real hills, the rest is very fast and flat, and is stunning as it follows the coastal path.

For those looking for a shorter challenge, the sprint event follows parts of the same course. With so many amenities and facilities on offer it’s one for all the family, with camping available onsite for you to make a weekend out of it.
