Organiser's Description

Surfer’s Paradise, golden beaches and breathtaking cliff tops – fall in love with multi-sports at this stunning open water Mini Tri & Mini Duathlon (run-bike-run). You won’t get a more scenic setting than the transition zone and finish line overlooking Newquay Bay.

Mini Tri participants start with a spectator friendly M-swim in Tolcarne’s crescent bay, while duathletes kick off with a fast and furious beach run. Everyone gets to unleash their inner mountain goat on the run up to transition, before chasing down the competition on the bike and run course along the Barrowfields.

(Duathlon run distance in brackets): 8yrs: 75m (200m) / 800m / 600m 9y-10yrs: 100m (400m) / 1.6k / 1.2k 11-12yrs: 150m (400m) / 2.4k / 1.8k 13-14yrs: 200m (400m) / 4k / 2.4k 15-16yrs: 300m (600m) / 5.6k / 3.6k
