Race was good location good. Doing laps of same route was hard and mentally draining.course nice and flat. Volunteers were amazing and very encouraging big thank you to them. Only downfall to event for me would be parking and trying to pay online doesn’t give option of £5 it’s £3 for 24hours or £6 for two days. Had to phone water place direct to sort payment.Well done again to volunteers thought they was all amazing

Great place for an event. I've done a few now at the National Watersports Centre. The course is flat and fast, it can be windy though and it can be repetitive (it's a 5km circuit round the regatta lake). However it's traffic free and decent facilities.

Event was well organised and the location was lovely! Only disappointing thing was having to pay for the car parking. Paying £5 for the day yet only spending a few hours there on top of the entrance fee for the race has unfortunately put me off from running this event again. Maybe offering a reduced rate for the runners would be better?

Very flat but very windy so hard to achieve a pb. 10k was twice round which I must admit I found a little soul destroying as a bit boring. Was well organised though! Very annoyed that when I booked this event in Nov 2021 it said you got a free hoodie but this was changed however we weren't informed. I only booked it for the hoodie as I wouldn't have bothered otherwise but no one there or available to speak to and can't find contact details to complain.

Lovely Marshall’s but not many of them and 10k start point really difficult to locate. Lots of people milling around wondering if they were in the right place. Mile and km markers also confusing - maybe different colour for each race type?
