Course Description

The course begins at the 300m finish line on the athletics track to the rear of The Graham Sports Centre. After completing one part and one full lap of the track, follow the cones to the rear of the tennis courts. Go around the sign/marshal and take the riverside path. Follow this until you cross the wooden bridge onto the football fields and go clockwise around the whole of the football and rugby pitches keeping to the outside. On arriving back at the wooden bridge follow the riverside path until just before the old railway bridge arch. Bear right up and over the arch and drop down to the other side, turn left and come back through the arch. Bear right on all paths and return by the path until you get to the bridge. At the bridge follow the first part of the course home. When you get back to the track, bear left and head into the finish funnel.
