Course Description

The course starts on the Riverside path, approximately 10 minutes walk from Prudhoe Railway Station. Runners will stay on right side of the main path towards Wylam and take a right turn leading to a footpath behind chalk hills known as The Spetchells. Runners will continue down this trail footpath, with slight inclines and complete 2 clockwise laps, finishing at the start line with a steady downhill towards the finish. The majority of the path is trail and may not be suitable for buggies, the course is mostly flat with a gradual climb and a steeper downhill section.
