Organiser's Description
Designed for people who enjoy running regularly, this is an opportunity to spend a weekend in a beautiful part of the World, doing what you love. We’re located on the beautiful Pentire headland, near Newquay, in Cornwall, where you’ll meet guests of a similar mindset, and be immersed in a healthy lifestyle of eating tasty, nutritious food and exercising in the great outdoors amid stunning scenery.
Our runs along gorgeous winding coastal trails are complimented by bootcamps focusing on run-specific muscles and yoga designed to stretch out those muscles and increase ranges of movement to supplement your running. You can even have a swim in the Gannel Estuary to soothe those muscles and feel the benefit on recovery.
Runs range from 5 to 15km (or longer for anyone who is keen for more!) and are suitable for people who can run 10k in under an hour. All bootcamp and swimming abilities are suitable. All activities are optional. 9-12 October.
What's Included
Long weekend (3 days) of trail runs along and around the North Cornwall coast.
Transfers from Newquay airport or train/coach station (if needed)
All meals from Friday lunch to Monday lunch except Saturday dinner
Post-exercise snacks
Daily bootcamp-style exercise workouts overlooking Fistral Beach and Pentire headlands.
Estuary swimming and guided walks for those interested.
All guided by an experienced ultrarunner and Ironman.
1-2-1 consultation with Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Accommodation in a luxurious ocean edge apartment
Concludes with run-specific Yoga session at the fantastic nearby OceanFlow Yoga Studio.

7:30am – Morning swim/paddle in the Gannel Estuary
9:00am – Breakfast
11:00am – Coastal trail run loop from Holywell Bay via Crantock
1:00pm – Recovery juice
4:30pm – Beach bootcamp
5:45pm – Recovery snack
6:30pm – Evening sunset walk
7:30pm – Dinner
Preparation
To get the most out of this weekend, we recommend a little planning ahead. The more you can do, the more you’ll get out of it. Extra training beforehand is no bad thing! This will also give you a chance to test out any kit you have such as clothes and footwear to make sure it does the right job for you and you feel comfortable.

Getting Here & Parking
Transfers from Newquay Airport, train or coach station (if needed) are included in the cost.
By car: The main motorway from the North to the South West is the M5 serving Bristol/Exeter. From London, the choice is the mainly dual carriageway A303/A30 or the M4/M5 via Bristol/Exeter.
From Exeter follow the A30 to Cornwall. Newquay is fully signposted from the A30. Leave the A30 onto the A39. Turn onto the A392 at the roundabout (2nd exit). Follow the A392 for 7.2, miles then at Mount Wise Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Pentire Rd. Use postcode TR7 1TT for your Satnav.
Parking is available at the venue.
